Why We Specialise in Resin
Resin Driveways Milton Keynes was started by Dan Mercer, who grew up in Great Linford and spent his twenties on groundworks and landscaping crews around the city. He dug out and relaid drives on estates from Bletchley to Bradwell, and over those years he saw a lot of resin go down. He also saw a lot of it go wrong: drives that cracked after a single winter, colours that went blotchy, surfaces that started shedding stones within a couple of years.
The resin was rarely the problem. Almost every failure came back to the same thing, a surface poured over a base that was never fit to take it. Dan thought that was avoidable. So he set up a team that does resin and only resin, and does it from the ground up.
How we work
How We Work
Every job starts with a free site survey. We measure up, look at the surface you have now, check how water runs off it, and ask how you actually use the space: how many cars, where the bins go, whether you need a step-free route to the door. Then we tell you plainly whether your drive can be overlaid or needs digging out, and send a written quote priced per square metre.
On site, we're careful neighbours. We talk to the people next door before a dig-out starts, protect doorsteps and walls, keep the pavement clear and sweep up at the end of each day. The resin and aggregate are mixed in small batches on site and trowelled by hand, so the finish is even and the edges are crisp.
When we're done, we explain exactly when you can walk and drive on your new surface and how to look after it, so it keeps looking good for years.
